CrossFit Total, aka: "CFT"

Athlete has three tries after a proper warm-up to achieve the highest possible single rep wieght in the following lifts:

- Back Squat

- Shoulder Press

- Deadlift

The combined total for the heaviest completed rep for each of the three lifts will be your CrossFit Total.
