Rest Day, hydrate and EAT MEAT...unless you're Emily, then...EAT PLANT BASED PROTIEN PRODUCTS! 

I just want to add that everyone has put in so much work and made such drastic improvements.  I got a little emotional today when I looked at everyones times and could say that I'm proud of each and every one.  So to sum it up, this week was a tough one mentally and physically, you all earned this day off.  Take it seriously, actually rest and recover, one more day to go and then I'll go easy on you (CrossFit style "easy" of course).  Keep it up!
