One clean on the minute, every minute, for 15 minutes.

- Begin at your 1rm, once you fail, you will go down in weight for the next minute.  This will continue for 15 minutes.

- You will have 15 total reps.

- This can be either squat clean OR power clean, you must end the rep with the weight in a controlled front rack position.
