Remember that tomorrow is our monthly bring a friend to get sweaty day.  Workout will be at 9am like always.  If you know someone that is looking to find out more about CrossFit, this is a great time to bring them in and give them a taste!  Hope to see you all there!

2 Sets to Failure - Bodyweight Bench Press


4 rounds, AMRAP for 3 minutes each round, 1 min rest between rounds:

5 x Burpee

6 x Wallball Clean & Shoot

5 x Each, Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

When rubber bands attack!  Getting those pesky things to let go is quite a chore sometimes huh?
