Just a reminder that we will be holding our Saturday WOD at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. I encourage all of you to get out there and cheer on the athletes and soak up the CrossFit culture. We will be meeting up and working out at 9:30, this will be right at the end of the first set of team workouts on Saturday. We will then all head to the arena for Womens first WOD for that day. Vendors will be there with all sorts of cool stuff so bring your wallets if you want to bring home some cool workout gear!
