I don't know if this WOD was quite as fun for the ones in the tire...

Reminder: Warrior dash is this Sunday.  We will be carpooling from the gym, we will be leaving at Noon.  Feel free to tag along even if you aren't running, it will be a great time!  If you are not participating, Monday's workout will be to run a 5K.  

We will not be meeting at the gym, If you would like some suggested routes around the Harbor, please ask in the comments.  If a 5K is a little out of reach for you, choose a distance that will take you approximately 20-25 Min at a decent pace.
