So we are going to attempt to go ahead and hold the workout at the gym in the morning.  You will most likely have to park on the street and come around the back of the building and enter through the rear door.  If this changes I will be posting here, so check before you come in.



Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 x Push press (115/75) 
10 x KB Swings (53/35)
10 x Box jumps (24/20)
