REST DAY 

We have a new schedule, please check it out below.  We are switching to a more open afternoon.  We are trying this new format to give you the flexibility that you need in your busy lives.  The new format should also give us the ability to provide everybody with a higher level of coaching.  

Please keep in mind that this may seem like a get-in, get-out kinda thing but I will still be expecting everyone to go through a proper pre workout and post workout routine, stretching etc.  So some days you may be able to get in and out in 30 min. but I would still plan for an hour in the gym.  Please don't hesitate to give feedback on this, we shape our schedule around our clients needs, let us know if they are not met!  - Coach
