If you are a 6:00am'er, early morning attendance needs to increase if we are to keep that class.  Opening the gym for 2 people on a regular basis is not going to fly.  I know it's hard to get up when the season starts to turn but lets get to work and find some dedication.

Lurong Challenge WOD#3
7 Minute "Diane" Ladder:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 .... etc
Deadlift (225/155)
Handstand Push-Up

Rest 6 Minutes

Complete The Same Ladder For Time:
Thruster (115/75)
C2B Pull-Ups
(You will complete the same # of reps in both)
