40 - Hang Squat Clean (95/65)
60 - Push Press 
80 - Wallball Shots (20/14)
100 - Leg Raises
80 - Wallball Shots
60 - Push Press
40 - Hang Squat Clean

Don't cheat, but if you're going to cheat, make it count. Every time you want to eat something on the no-no list, stick in your head so you can get it all in at once. It'll keep you on track, remember, we're a team!
