Great work this week, a lot of focused mobility and movement pattern work. Think about this stuff over the weekend. Spend a little time stretching, if you can, go for a short jog before hand to raise your body temp and get blood flowing. Do some visualizing of some good 1RM efforts for the S. Press, B. Squat and Deadlift. Practice the set sequence and how to tighten and prepare for the lift. It's time for some PR's, lets get focused. Sleep and Hydration over the next few days will be key.
