Pinnapple Classic 5k Team Mud Run

If you would like to run this with us, throw your name up in the comments with your phone number.  We'll be putting teams of two together.  Let's make this a tradition!  This will be my 4th year running this race and the gym's 2nd.  You don't have to be a marathon runner, it is not even really a race, just a good time!  Price increases on Monday, sorry for the late notice...

with a partner and one barbell:
1 Squat Clean Thruster (185/135)
2 Squat Clean Thrusters
3 Squat Clean Thrusters

Alternate sets between partners.
