15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch

5 rounds for total time of:

Row 250m
10 Squat Clean to Thruster (95/65)
15 Burpees

-Rest 3 minutes-

Notes: This workout is a great example of the statement that CrossFit is as hard as you make it.  How hard can you go?  What's your pain threshold?  Today, make your mind stronger than your body.  Go light enough to complete all ten reps but heavy enough that you really won't want to.  Then try to turn your head off and sprint. Every. Round.
