Lory Kelley, being the loving, helpful and generally amazing CrossFit mom that she is, found this great article that is a must read for any moms that have trouble with double-unders, box jumps and the like.  If you have trouble, you know what I'm talking about.  Thanks again to Lory and I hope everyone had a great week of training so far.  Happy rest day!
