Bet you wish you would'a added a few more double unders to Mondays WOD huh?  12.4 looks like a doozy.  Today at 6PM we will be going over wallballs, double unders and muscle-up progressions.  Let's all just think optimistically about getting to that last part... Happy rest day.  Good work this week, it's almost over!
