Callie's 16 birthday was on Sunday, you know what that means?  STAY OFF THE ROADS!  It's a week short of being 1 year of CrossFit for her as well.  Not the some young lady as when she came to us, thanks for all your spirit and hard work! This workout is just for you...

"The Bear"

1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push-Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push-Press

This cycle is one rep, there are seven reps/round.

Do 5 rounds total working up to your max.

You can rest anywhere in the cycle but must touch and go off the ground between reps.  Rest as needed between rounds.
