A little explanation for the next few days... We will be doing the CrossFit Total on both Thursday AND Friday so that we can fit everyone in and keep class size down to 5-6.  If you have not yet signed up please do so (top of page).  You will only be coming in ONE of the two days.  So if you are totaling on Thursday, Friday will be your rest day.  Sleep well and stay hydrated.
