Tomorrow (Saturday), Josh Lerum was nice enough to host a defensive tactics class for anybody that is interested.  It will be held at 9:00am.  We will also be holding a hero WOD at 8:00am.



20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats

3 min rest between each round, 5 rounds total
