A classic to end our week.  If this is your first time with Angie, she bites.  Oh and if you have sensitive little girl hands, bring tape.  We also need 8 more people for our paleo challenge.  Stop being a baby and take charge of the other 96% of your health.  You can only dance around your poor diet for so long.
