Open Gym Today 4:30-6:00pm

If you are competing in the T-Town Throwdown, start hydrating now.  Take today and tomorrow off, maybe go for a run, get a few max effort sprints in there and stretch for a good 20 minutes afterwards.  For all of you that would like to come down and support our three teams and 2 individuals competing, it will be going from about 8am - 3pm.  Click on picture for full details.
