Evening Fundamentals begin tonight at 6:45pm.  If you know anyone interested in joining, let them know that they need to sign up on the Pricing & Schedule page. 

STRENGTH: 

1) Hatch Week 5, Day 1
Back Squat: 1x8@65%, 1x6@75%, 1x4@85%, 1x4@90%

2a) 4x8 Close Grip Bench Press (hands aprox. 12" apart), heavy as possible, rest 60 sec. 

2b) 4xME Strict C2B Pull-Ups, rest 60 sec.
