VETERANS DAY WOD 2013

I would like to say a few words to honor those who strive to keep our flag free and secure, they are the courageous men and women who fought and died for the idealism of liberty and freedom for all.

I thank you veterans for not being selfish with your lives and believing in our nation and what it stands for.

And, for those who have been taken from us, thank you for the historical significance you've made. We will celebrate and honor our unknown American veterans of all wars and for their patriotism, love of nation, and sacrifice you and your families have made for the common good of our nation.

On this day, November 11, we will dedicate a few reps to our veterans.  Give them your all for they have already done the same.

CONDITIONING:

Collin

Six rounds for time of:
Carry 50 pound sandbag 400 meters
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 Box jumps, 24 inch box
95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 12 reps

Notes: Because I do not believe the SDHP has enough benefits to out-weigh its risks of destroying your ability to use your shoulders.  We will be substituting power cleans at the rx'd weight.
