The Turkey Trot is held down in the Harbor on Thanksgiving morning.  We have done this run in the past and it is a good way to earn a day full of food.  Throw a comment down at the bottom if you are at all interested.

CONDITIONING:

3 rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts (275/185)
50 Double-Unders

Notes: These deadlifts should be unbroken, attempt to complete them at a constant pace.  Be consistent with your reps, fluid movement and constant tension.
