Pineapple Classic, Sign-Up.  NOW.  We will be meeting at the gym to drive up to North Bend that morning.  We will post times on Friday.  Don't worry about what time slot you sign up for.  Those are not set in stone, we can go whenever we want.

Notes:  WBS done with slam ball or regular weight med ball shot to a target 2' above your normal target, KB Snatches must be divided evenly.
