Hey guys, we currently have 14 athletes who have signed up for the CrossFit Open.  If you are planning on participating you only have a few days left to register so get on it!  We also need a team captain for our gym, if anyone is interested please let us know so we can get the team set up.  Thanks to all those who signed up, now peer pressure your classmates into doing the same.

Deadlift: 10 - 10 - 10

Notes: heaviest possible, rest 3 full minutes, during which complete 30 double unders or 1 minute whichever comes first.


For time:

20 Handstand push-ups
30 Pull-ups
40 KBS (53/35)
50 Sit-ups (Ab-Mat, anchored)
60 Burpees
