The schedule this week is as follows:

Thursday (7/4):  We will be holding a 8 & 9am class, No Open Gym!

Friday (7/5): Afternoon Classes Only.

SKILL:

Agility, then Freestanding Handstand Work

CONDITIONING:

800m Run / 9 Burpees / 12 Push-Press / 15 Toes-2-Bar

600m Run / 9 Burpees / 12 Push-Press / 15 Toes-2-Bar

400m Run / 9 Burpees / 12 Push-Press / 15 Toes-2-Bar

200m Run / 9 Burpees / 12 Push-Press / 15 Toes-2-Bar

NOTES: This is a "Choose your own adventure" for the Push-Press, go light, go heavy or even sub for handstand push-up.
