STRENGTH:

Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk

Notes: Work up to a heavy set, then complete across for four total sets.  Bar does not touch the ground between reps.  Rest as needed.     

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

Power Cleans (185/135)
5 Over-the-Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Burpees
