Rules: This workout must be performed with unbroken sets. Every time an athlete stops mid-set, they must immediately complete 5 burpees. For pull-ups, hands cannot come off the bar. G-2-O and FS, must change weights, bar cannot touch the ground. KB must continue swing, cannot rest in bottom. Record time and # of penalties.
