Great show for the Veterans Day WOD!!  Thanks to all our vets and everyone who came in to show their support.

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP 10 Min:
50 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Power Snatches (135/95)
20 Slam Balls (30/20)

STRENGTH:

5×5 Front Squats, Across

** Fast and unbroken, work on speed through the "sticky spot".  If you start to stick or stray from a vertical line of action, go down in weight.
