1) Back Squat: 1X20 @ 90% of last weeks number

2) Front Squat: Max Reps @ 100% of #1 (after 2:00 rest)

20 Burpees Over Bar
20 Thrusters (135/95)
10 Burpees Over Bar
10 Thrusters (155/105)
