Today will be day 1 in your new gym, it's a work in progress so try to ignore the mess!

CONDITIONING:

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
6 Cleans (155/105)
12 C2B Pull ups

at the 15 minute mark complete:

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
10 Floor Wipers (135/95) 
18 Back Squats (135/95)

at the 30 minute mark complete:

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
21 Deads(155/105)
14 Toes-2-Bar

Notes: The clock WILL start at 15 after so do not be late, you will need to be focused and hit your warm-up hard.  If you need extra time, show up early.  These pieces should be all-out, complete each part as fast as possible, note time at the end of each.  Floor wipers are on a 2 count.
