CONDITIONING:

10 Muscle-Ups
30 GHD Sit-Ups

Rest 10 minutes before 2,

 2) For time:
40 - 30 - 20 - 10
Wallball Shots
20 - 15 - 10 - 5
Box Jumps (20/14)
