THIS WEEK IS CROSSFIT GAMES WEEK!!!  MASTERS ARE KICKED OFF TODAY, INDIVIDUALS START ON WEDNESDAY.  YOU CAN WATCH LIVE ON ESPN3 OR ON CROSSFIT GAMES SITE.

MRS. KELLEY WOULD LIKE TO INVITE EVERYONE OVER ON SUNDAY @ 2PM TO WATCH THE FINAL DAY OF COMPETITION FOR THE GAMES.  BRING A DISH AND FEW DRINKS AND WATCH THE FITTEST IN THE WORLD GET CROWNED.  

STRENGTH:

4×2 Power Clean + Front Squat @ H.A.P – rest as needed

* These should be TnG reps, do not stand between clean and squat, feet should already be in a squat position during catch.

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP 20 Min:

7 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 Burpees
200m Run
