We will be having a special guest in the gym today to talk about supplementation and how we can improve our health through micronutrient support.  She will be visiting at the beginning of classes so make sure you make it in!

SKILL:

EMOM For 10 Min:
Even - 1 r/l Turkish Get-Up
Odd - 30 Double Unders

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds For Time:
15 Ring Dips
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
5 Front Squats (205/140)

* This is a partner WOD, one partner will finish 15 ring dips, then the other will complete 15 ring dips, then the first partner will move to burpee's and so on... Between the two of you, 6 total rounds will be completed.
