This weekend we are holding our November community event.  We will try to post up some more information as we get it in but for now, head over to the Facebook event page found HERE.  

If you tend to not go to these types of events I would highly recommend that you give it a shot.  Much of the benefit we see from CrossFit comes from the relationships we form with the people we work out with.  In a roundabout kind of way, I would say that those relationships are possibly the most important part of joining a CrossFit gym.  For without them, it is very likely that you won't be CrossFitting for long.  

BARBELL CONDITIONING:

Teams of 3:
A. AMRAP 7 of Shoulder Press:
40 reps at 115/80
40 reps at 130/95
AMRAP at 145/105

3 min Rest

B. AMRAP 7 of Back Squat:
40 reps at 185/135
40 reps at 225/155
AMRAP at 255/175

3 min Rest

C. AMRAP 7 of Power Cleans:
40 reps at 155/105
40 reps at 185/125
AMRAP at 205/145

** Teams of two complete 30 reps.
