Our little kiddo play area is almost done! Big shout out to Justin for slaving away on this all day. If you have anything to donate that would help pull it together we would be very grateful. We need padding for the floor, toys, beanbags, chalk paint etc. This is going to be awesome!

STRENGTH:

5 Sets of the following Snatch Complex:
Snatch Pull + Snatch + OHS, climbing

CONDITIONING:

7 Rounds:
9 Front Squats (135/95)
8 Push Jerks (135/95)
* 14 Minute Time Cap

ACCESSORY (optional):

4×15 unbroken C2B Pull ups
* rest as little as possible between sets.  If you cannot complete 15 unbroken, pick a number that is challenging but achievable.
