Saturday we will be holding open gym from 8:00am - 10:15am to allow for teams to come in and complete some of their team series workouts.  If you are not doing the team series or just want to come in for a workout, please feel free to do so!  There is also a group coming in Saturday evening to get some work in, we will be updating on facebook when that will be.

30 Abmat Sit-ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20)

STRENGTH:

EMOMx10: 1 Back Squat, 80 - 90% across
