STRENGTH:

1) 3 x 3 Deadlift, Climbing
2) 3 x 5 Deadlift, Across

* Done at a weight that allows for perfect form and smooth reps.  Shoulders should remain pinned back and lats engaged (slightly more of a clean style DL).  

CONDITIONING:

“Hollyman”
30 Rounds For Time:
5 Wall Balls, 20/14
3 Handstand Push-Ups
1 Clean, 225/155

* This will be done with a partner.  Partner 1 will complete the WBS then partner 2 will complete HSPU then Partner 1 will do a Clean, Round 2 will start with partner 2 completing the WBS, you will continue to switch in this order until all 30 rounds are complete.
