A LOT going on this week!  This is the last week of the fat loss challenge so please get your money in the pot, if you committed at the beginning you should be contributing.  This also means getting your name on the sign-up sheet for the fat truck which can be found HERE.  

On another note, the first open workout will be announced on Thursday.  We will be posting our official open test schedule this week so check the schedule page for more info.
