This weekend was crazy!  We had 40 people compete in 15.1 over Saturday and Sunday alone.  Some awesome energy!

CONDITIONING:

1. EMOMx12
Odd: 7 PC (135/95) + 20 Double unders
Even: 7 C2B + 7 WBS

* Rest 3 Minutes *

2. EMOMx10
Odd: 5 OH Squats (135/95) + 20 Double unders
Even: 5 BJ (40/30) + 7 WBS

* Rest 2 Minutes *

3. EMOMx8
Odd: 3 P. Snatch (135/95) + 20 Double unders
Even: 3 Muscle ups + 7 WBS
