No Oly Class this Saturday, we'll pick it back up next week.  There will still be a 9am Community Workout.  Come support our individuals competing at Waypoint CF this Saturday.  They should be there most of the day so stop by and show your love!  Hope to see everyone there.

Get that back angle in check!  One of the most important aspects of your pull, it determines your leverage on the bar, or lack there of. 

STRENGTH:
EMOMx15: 1 Squat Clean
Mins 1-5: 80%
Mind 6-10: 85%
Mins 10-15: 90%
