STRENGTH:

4 x 7 Back Squat 
** Work to a heavy set and complete all 7 reps as quickly as possible for each set, note time and weight.  Rest 2 MInutes Between sets. 

CONDITIONING:

100 Burpees Over Bar For Time
* Complete 2 Clean & Jerks (185/125) @ The Top of Each Minute
