No CrossFit Striking this week, Vig is at training.  Next week everything is back to normal!

Yesterday was a doozy, make sure you are drinking LOTS of water in this heat.  Shoot for your body weight / 2 in ounces at a MINIMUM!  Also, appetite is suppressed in heat so you have to make sure to keep your portion sizes the same so you are not under nourished.
