Congrats to everyone who competed yesterday, I hope everyone enjoyed it.  Thanks to those who came out to support, the cheers mean a lot!!  Pictures to come!

We are picking back up on the heavy squats next Monday... so today... 

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds For Time:
800m Run
21 KBS (53/35) (72/44)
21 Buprees
15 KBS
15 Burpees
9 KBS
9 Burpees

** This is not a typo, three rounds of entire couplet including the run buy-in, pace it out.  There is a 35 Minute time cap, goal is to finish, scale weight/burpees accordingly (most sets should be unbroken).
