We will be doing back squats at 103% on Monday (hopefully).  So stay limber over the weekend and make sure to eat well on Sunday and Monday with plenty of good carbs. 

STRENGTH:

3 x 3 FRONT SQUAT **  
** Work up to a heavy triple, hit for 3 sets.
