Individual competition for the CrossFit Games starts today!!  This is going to be a crazy weekend, I hope everyone gets a chance to catch some of the action. 

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds For Time:
30 Wall ball shots (20/14)
30 Hang Power Cleans (75/55)
30 Box jumps (20″)
30 Push press (75/55)
400m Run
** Clean bar must pass BELOW the knee on each rep.  Rebound box jumps are OK as long as your hips open completely at a level at or above where they would be while standing on the box.  Push press from floor.
