STRENGTH:

1. 8 Minutes to Work up to a heavy single Squat Snatch from the high hang – pockets.
2. 5 Minutes to Work up to a heavy single Squat Snatch from the hang – mid thigh
3. 5 Minutes to Work up to a heavy single Squat Snatch from the low hang – just below knees

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP 15 Min:
5 Power Snatch (135/95)
10 Toes-2-Bar
15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
