STRENGTH:

Spend 15 Minutes to Find a Heavy Full Clean

Spend 15 Minutes to Find a Heavy Bench Press

Spend 15 Minutes to Find a Heavy Overhead Squat

** This is a chance to work up to near maximal loads for these three lifts.  If you are feeling strong and moving smooth please don't hesitate to attempt a 1RM but this is not the main intent.
