Thanks to everyone who could make it out to our annual white elephant party.  It is always so awesome to see everyone get out of the gym and spend some time together.  Something that makes CrossFit so great is the community that develops because of it.  If you have yet to get out of your bubble and join us for an event, you are missing out on what makes CrossFit so flippin amazing!  

CONDITIONING:

3 minutes of max rep Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
3 minutes rest
3 minutes of max rep 10m Shuttle run
3 minutes rest
2 minutes of Power Cleans (155/105)
2 minutes rest
2 minutes of Wall Balls (20/14)
2 minutes rest
1 minute of Pull-ups
1 minute of rest
1 minute of C2B Pull-ups

STRENGTH:

1. 2×3 Front Squat, Across
2. 3×2 Back Squat, Climbing
