CONDITIONING:

AMRAP 12 Min:
10 Burpees
25 Double Unders
* For burpees: You will place a bumper plate in front of you, each rep ends when you stand on your bumper plate, how you get there is up to you.  Hands do not need to end overhead. 

MIDLINE:

1a) 3×15 GHD Sit-Ups
1b) 3×10 Ring In/outs
1c) 3×10 Glute Ham Raises
